Exchange, Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your Womoda purchases’ however, if for any reason they are not suitable we will happily offer an exchange or refund for items you wish.

Returns must be received back no later than 14 days from receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns must be unworn with no marks, transparent foil on the sole must be provided, the box should be undamaged, and all the returns must be in the original packaging.

You must try the shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Items which are not received in their original condition will not be refunded and returned to the sender. We will review the returned package and contact you to let you know that your exchange has been accepted or not.

The cost of returning the original item to Womoda is the customer’s responsibility. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, we recommend that you send the parcel by special delivery or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Womoda Ltd will not be responsible for any missing goods.

If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All returns are processed within 10 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays) of receiving your items back to us. Once your refund has been completed we will notify you via email, it may take up to 5 - 10 working days to arrive in your receiving account depending on your banking facilities.

We will refund the original payment method for the full value of the item less shipping paid for the parcel.

Please allow 10 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) for us to process your return request.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund the original payment method for the full value of the item less shipping paid for the parcel.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@womoda.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@womoda.co.uk and send your item to Womoda Ltd, 194 Carshalton Road, Sutton, SM1 4SA, United Kingdom.

All Returns From Outside of UK (if applicable)

If an item is being returned from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. WOMODA LTD  is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. 

Duties, taxes and the original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by WOMODA LTD

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items only. Please note card refunds may take up to 10-15 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
